Ordering Process
By placing an order, the buyer confirms that they have read and agree to the current terms of sale.
All orders must be placed exclusively through the official Bocuse d'Or Estonia website: https://bocusedorestonia.ee.
To complete the order, payment must be made for the selected products or services, and the funds must be received in the official bank account of GASTRONOOMIA GILD MTÜ. Once payment is confirmed, the buyer will receive an email with order details and instructions for receiving the product or service, including digital formats (e.g., e-ticket).

Direct Marketing & Personal Data Processing
The website uses personal data entered by the buyer solely for processing orders and delivering products.Personal data may be shared with logistics partners for the purpose of delivering goods.
Bocuse d'Or Estonia will send newsletters and promotional offers to the buyer’s email address only if the buyer has decided to subscribe and expressing consent to receive direct marketing communications. The buyer may unsubscribe from newsletters and promotional emails at any time by notifying us via email.
Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable data protection regulations.

Payment Methods
Orders can be securely paid using the following methods:
- Gift card or discount code
- Bank transfer (please include the buyer’s full name in the payment description)
- Bank link via Maksekeskus*: Estonian, Finnish, Latvian, and Lithuanian bank payments

* Payments are processed by Maksekeskus AS. Transactions take place in a secure environment outside the online store—bank link payments are processed in the respective bank’s secure environment, and credit card payments are handled securely by Maksekeskus AS. The seller does not have access to the buyer’s banking or credit card information.

Delivery & Returns
Event Tickets
Tickets for events will be sent to the buyer’s email in PDF format within 10 days of purchase. Tickets are issued in the provided names. For name changes, please contact customer support at info@bocusedorestonia.ee.
If the buyer wishes to receive a printed ticket, they must notify customer support no later than 7 days before the event. Additional printing fees may apply.

Tickets can be canceled, refunded, or have the name changed up to 10 days before the event. If the buyer requests changes later than 10 days before the event, the seller reserves the right to decline the request.

Physical Products
Buyers have the following options for receiving physical products:
- Pickup at Bocuse d'Or Estonia events from the team
- Delivery by post (by agreement)*

* Shipping costs are covered by the buyer and will be agreed upon individually.

Photography and Promotional Use
By attending Bocuse d'Or Estonia events or participating in related activities, you agree that photos or videos taken during the event may include your likeness. These images may be used by Bocuse d'Or Estonia for promotional, marketing, or documentation purposes across various media platforms. If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, please inform the event organizers in advance.
