Culinary expert Dmitri Rooz, the elegant restaurant La Prima Noble in the heart of Noblessner quarter, and the world’s most prestigious cooking competition Bocuse d’Or come together for a gala dinner unlike any other.

For one evening only, guests will discover the craft of a chef who has carried Estonian gastronomy onto the global stage. Expect carefully selected local ingredients, seasonal flavors, and traditions elevated with mastery and finesse.
